Merlin’s Profit Fell by 73% to €70.9 Million During H1

The Socimi led by Ismael Clemente earned 70.9 million euros during the first half of 2020 compared to 262 million euros during the same period a year ago.

The Socimi Merlin Properties has closed the first half of the financial year 2020 with a profit of 70.9 million euros, down by 73% compared to the same period a year earlier, due to the deconsolidation of assets from its consolidation perimeter, explain sources at the company.

Excluding extraordinary items, the company’s net profit amounted to 87.2 million euros, down by 30% compared to the first half of 2019.
