When Merlin Properties announced its results for the first half of the year, the sale of BBVA’s office portfolio attracted almost all of the attention. But the Socimi also reported that it had closed several other divestments amounting to 111.2 million euros in total. And now it has been revealed that one of those sales was the Trianón Business Park, in Madrid.
According to El Periódico de España, the property, which spans a total area of 18,400 square metres, was sold to the Portuguese insurer Fidelidade for around 60 million euros.
