The Socimi Merlin Properties has signed another operation just days after closing the super sale of its portfolio of bank branches to BBVA. On this occasion, Merlin has completed the sale of an office building in Alcobendas to the French group Inovalis.
The office complex comprises two buildings and is located in Arroyo de la Vega, in Alcobendas. Specifically, the building on Calle Francisca Delgado 9 has a gross leasable area of 11,000 square meters, as well as 250 parking spaces.
