Last Wednesday, the Socimi Merlin Properties held its General Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the incorporation of new directors into its newly expanded senior management body. Now, the company led by Ismael Clemente has decided to renew its Board, following Manuel Lao’s inclusion, according to reports filed by the firm with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Thursday.
At the shareholders meeting, a decision was approved to establish the number of members on the Board of Directors at 14; “in addition to proposals for the re-election and appointment of directors of the company”.
