The mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, has signed a protocol for action with the property developer Renazca, backed by the Socimis Merlin Properties and GMP, to improve and revitalise the Azca area of the Spanish capital.
The intention is for more companies to join the urban regeneration process, which has yet to be designed, in the financial heart of the city. It will affect both the spaces between buildings, as well as the premises located on the ground and basement floors.
