Socimi Meridia Real Estate III announced that it had sold two office buildings in Barcelona for €40.5 million. The deal includes the parking spaces of each of the complexes, located at Passeig de Sant Joan 75, in Esplugues de Llobregat; and at Avinguda dels Països Catalans 34-38, in Barcelona. The former property houses the office of the Citizenship and Immigration Rights Services and the latter the headquarters of the Cobega bottling company.
The socimi invests in every real estate sector in Madrid and Barcelona and is led by its asset manager Meridia Capital. It has an investment capacity of €400 million.
Its shareholders include Grupo Dreof, Grupo Harel, Periza Industries, Anangu Group, Credit Suisse, The Church Pension Fund and Inmo.
