Meridia Capital, the investment fund manager, announced this week that it had finalised the sale of five logistics and office assets in Madrid, Barcelona and Guadalajara for a total of €84.8 million through its socimi Meridia Real Estate III.
Specifically, Meridia announced on Monday the sale of two office assets in Barcelona, one located in Esplugues de Llobregat and the other in Passeig de Sant Joan, for a gross price of 40.5 million euros. Together, the properties have a leasable area of more than 12,000 m2.
In addition, the management company, which Savills Aguirre Newman has advised, sold a 9,000-m2 office building in the Omega business park in Madrid, including 167 parking spaces.
Meridia also sold two logistics assets in Guadalajara: one in Alovera, with a gross leasable area of more than 27,000 m2, and another in Azuqueca, with 6,800 m2.
