Meridia Real Estate III, the third fund managed by Meridia Capital, sold various assets last week for close to 80 million euros, as reported by the entity to BME Growth. The assets sold included two buildings in the Viladecans Business Park, spanning 23,000 square metres in total, and one property in the sought-after area of Julián Camarillo.
The buildings in the Viladecans Business Park form part of an office complex located on the outskirts of Barcelona. Specifically, on Calle de la Tecnología number 195. Meridia has sold the buildings called Brazil (for 23.6 million euros) and Australia (for 24 million euros). At this point, it should be noted that the properties were subject to a mortgage loan amounting to 13.5 million euros, which has been fully settled with the funds from the sale.
