Meridia is selling off assets. Through its vehicle Meridia RE IV, the investment manager has sold the buildings called Talos and Arcis, located at numbers 8 and 10 on Calle Quintanapalla, for 8.2 million euros and 12.5 million euros, respectively.
After closing the operation, Meridia proceeded to cancel the loan relating to the two assets for a total of 12.1 million euros, with effect from the date of the sale, which was completed on 8 November 2022.
