Meridia Recognises Damage to its Logistics Project in Seseña Due to Storm Filomena

The Socimi Meridia earned 15.4 million euros from rental income in 2020 and obtained a provisional final result of 3.4 million euros, partly due to the divestments it carried out.

Covid, and the heavy snowfall in January, have also taken their toll on the Socimi Meridia III, promoted by Meridia Capital, the firm led by Javier Faus, which has been listed on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) since the end of 2017.

In this way, the results sent by the Socimi to BME Growth for the fourth quarter of 2020, reveal that “this quarter continues to be highly influenced by the Covid 19 pandemic, with a third wave hitting Europe at the close of this report”. Moreover, it specifies that “the impact of this wave on the economy has not yet been quantified.” The firm’s rental income, which has been affected by moratoriums, amounted to 15.4 million euros last year.
