To date, Meridia Capital has closed three other investments: an office building in Madrid’s MadBit technology district, a portfolio of four office buildings, and an operation to launch an eco-friendly accommodation program.
For this operation, Meridia Capital has purchased Hotel Hesperia Barcelona del Mar hotel, a four-star establishment on the waterfront of Barcelona, in the Catalan capital’s 22 @ district.
