Mercal Inmuebles has purchased a commercial premises located in Madrid, on Calle Espronceda, 32, for 5.5 million euros. The investment, the group’s first in 2022, has been undertaken using its own resources, according to BME Growth.
Located very close to Paseo de la Castellana, in the heart of the Chamberí neighbourhood, the space spans approximately 1,100 square metres, of which 930 square metres are at street level.
