The firm owned by Juan Roig, Mercadona, is negotiating the sale of 30 supermarkets to the Israeli fund MDSR for almost 200 million euros.
Some of these supermarkets formed part of the package of 36 establishments that the distribution group put up for sale last year, according to Bloomberg. A few months ago, the chain led by Juan Roig sold 27 supermarkets to LCN Capital for 180 million euros, as reported exclusively by Brainsre.news.
