Med Capital Buys an Office Building from BBVA to Convert into Homes

This is Med Capital's first investment in Madrid, which it has made together with Osim Inversiones, for a total of nine million euros.

The real estate investment manager Med Capital has acquired an office building from BBVA located on Calle Arturo Soria 261 in Madrid. The building is going to be transformed into a residential complex comprising 37 luxury apartments.

The transaction was closed for 9 million euros, according to Expansión, and that cost was shared between Med Capital and Osim Inversiones, a Chilean real estate firm. The aim of the transaction was to acquire an asset in a high-profile location with long-term appreciation potential.
