The real estate investment manager Med Capital has acquired an office building from BBVA located on Calle Arturo Soria 261 in Madrid. The building is going to be transformed into a residential complex comprising 37 luxury apartments.
The transaction was closed for 9 million euros, according to Expansión, and that cost was shared between Med Capital and Osim Inversiones, a Chilean real estate firm. The aim of the transaction was to acquire an asset in a high-profile location with long-term appreciation potential.
