Mazabi Finalises Investments Worth €460 Million in the Spanish and European Property Markets

The Spanish family office is studying purchases in the hotel sector, where it plans to invest more than 200 million euros, as well as in the multifamily and retail park segments; in addition, it is finalising operations in London and Warsaw.

The Spanish company Mazabi, which specialises in the management of family real estate portfolios, has decided to launch an ambitious investment plan that will see it disburse almost 1 billion euros in two years.

Specifically, Mazabi is preparing operations worth 460 million euros this year. A sizeable investment that will be added to the 400 million euros that it invested in 2020, according to Juan Antonio Gutiérrez (pictured above), CEO of Mazabi, speaking to Brainsre.news.
