The family wealth real estate manager Mazabi has formalised three purchase transactions in recent days. Specifically, it has acquired a hotel in Menorca and two residential assets in Formentera. Likewise, it has sold a hotel in Ibiza, valued at more than 40 million.
Through its Socimi Silicius Real Estate, the firm has closed the purchase of a newly built four-star hotel in Menorca with 128 rooms. The asset is valued at more than 20 million euros but is not currently leased. Now, the company is negotiating with several hotel chains and operators regarding the imminent signing of a rental contract for the property.
