Mazabi and its local partner Lainer -with whom it formed a joint venture in 2015- have closed the sale of six luxury villas in Estepona (Málaga), for an average amount of between 1.5 and 2.3 million euros per asset. The villas are located in two different developments, one in the El Paraíso area and the other in Cancelada. The two developments represent the second and third projects that the two companies have jointly promoted.
The project promoted in El Paraíso is known as “Light Blue” and comprises a plot with a gross surface area of 5,262 m2 and an above ground buildable surface area of 1,578 m2. The development consists of five single-family villas each distributed over the basement, ground and first floors, with four and five bedrooms, a garage, a garden and a swimming pool. So far, two of the five villas have already been sold for an average amount of 2.3 million euros.
