The investment manager Mazabi has finalised the acquisition of the Cap Roig Nature Hotel and a 10,000-m2 plot of land next to a cliff in L’Ampolla (Tarragona).
The transaction was executed through Atalaya Hospitality, SL, an open vehicle for hotel investments.
The acquisition was a sale & leaseback, and The Palm Experience, which currently operates the asset, will remain as the hotel operator until December 2022.
The hotel is a three-star hotel with a four-star target and 139 apartment-style rooms. Located on the seafront, 900 metres from Baconer Beach and two kilometres from the centre of L’Ampolla, a 10-minute drive from the Fangar Lighthouse and 30 minutes from PortAventura.
