Mazabi Acquires a Complex of Luxury Tourist Apartments in Tenerife

The Spanish 'family office' has acquired a complex comprising 25 holiday apartments in Los Cristianos and is planning to close another three new operations in Madrid, Málaga and the Balearic Islands soon.

Mazabi, a company specialising in the management of real estate assets, has acquired a complex of luxury holiday apartments in Los Cristianos (Tenerife).

The property is leased in its entirety and comprises fifty rooms in 25 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments along with common areas. The amount paid for the purchase has not been disclosed.
