Marriott and Accor Open Coworking Spaces in their Hotels in Spain

The chain Accor plans to export the concept of workspaces in its hotels to Spain in conjunction with Wojo, which opened its first coworking centre in Barcelona in July.

In coworking, hotel companies have found an alternative way for using their common spaces and generating activity in the absence of tourism. The French chain Accor and the American firm Marriott are already carrying out their first trials in Spain.

Through its joint venture with the French coworking group Wojo, Accor has already opened flexible office spaces in its hotels in France. Now, it is planning to bring that business to Spain, according to Cinco Días.
