The US fund has finalised the sale of an office complex in Madrid. A fund affiliated with MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP, the European subsidiary of Marathon Asset Management LP, has sold the office complex located at Avenida Institución Libre de Enseñanza, 43 (Hermanos García Noblejas, 43).
The complex consists of two buildings and has a surface area of 8,762 m2, 319 parking spaces and two commercial premises. Its tenant is All We Wear Group, known as Pepe Jeans Group.
Savills Aguirre Newman advised on the transaction.
The buyer was an unknown private investor and sold at an undisclosed price. Marathon bought the property at the beginning of 2019.
