The Councillor for Spatial Planning in the Municipality of Málaga, Raúl López, has presented the third dossier of projects to be prepared under the slogan ‘Málaga: better than ever‘. The aim is to promote economic activity in the city from the perspective of the development of urban projects, and whereby strengthen public confidence in Málaga as a safe city and destination for attracting investment.
Project highlights include the total available surface area, both in terms of land and constructed space, which will no doubt be of interest to companies wanting to develop hotel projects and establish themselves in the city, whereby generating employment and wealth.
