The average price of rental housing in Andalucía has reached 9.6 euros per square metre per month in the third quarter of 2022, down by 2.6% compared to the previous quarter, and below the national average, which stands at €11/m2/month.
If we drill down into the municipalities of Málaga and Sevilla, we see that the average price of rental homes in the capital of the Costa del Sol is currently €11.6/m2/month, having grown considerably over the last year (by 13.9%), before contracting by 1.25% over the last three months.
