Málaga currently has up to 13 urban planning projects at different stages of approval that would result in the construction of 27 towers, including skyscrapers, according to La Opinión de Málaga.
The projects include the Muelle Heredia, a financial city comprising 15 buildings for offices and commercial use designed by the architect Ángel Asenjo. Three of those properties would be 18 storeys high.
