Madrid City Council, through the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS), is going to launch a plan on Monday to put thousands of empty flats on the rental market in the Spanish capital.
As municipal sources have explained to Brainsre.news, the exact number of homes that will be included in this program is still unknown, since it depends on how many owners are willing to hand over their properties. Specifically, the Comprehensive Municipal Rental Plan will have a budget of 30 million euros over three years.
