The Madrilenian neighbourhood of El Cañaveral, in the Vicálvaro district, will be home to a new logistics platform dedicated to last-mile urban delivery services from next year.
Building permits have just been granted for three of the four buildings that make up the project, representing 60% of the platform, which is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2021. The remaining 40% will be completed in the second quarter of next year.
