The difficulty in terms of access to housing has almost always been an issue that has particularly affected young people, due to the precariousness and temporary nature of their jobs and their limited capacity to save. However, this situation has been further aggravated in recent months as a result of the coronavirus crisis.
As a result, and within the framework of ‘Plan Vive’, the Community of Madrid is looking to solve this problem by putting out to tender several plots of land for the construction of rental housing at affordable prices.
