Madrid to Definitively Approve the New Neighbourhood Next to La Moraleja on 23 February

The developers of La Solana de Valdebebas, which are planning to build 1,393 homes alongside one of the most exclusive areas in the city, say that there will be houses in the area by 2024.

The plenary session of Madrid City Council will ratify today, Tuesday 23 February, the urban development of La Solana de Valdebebas, a new residential area located in the northwest of the capital, next to the exclusive La Moraleja urbanisation, which belongs to Alcobendas.

This is the last formal step to allow work to begin on the new PAU, following the approval of the partial plan last September, which stipulated the uses and buildings in the area.
