On Friday, Madrid City Council signed a collaboration protocol with the Community of Madrid’s Federation of Housing Cooperatives (Concovi), the Professional Association of Property Administrators of Madrid (CAFMadrid) and the Spanish Association of Public Developers of Housing and Land (AVS) for those entities to participate in the dissemination of the different aid plans for the restoration of housing, which can currently be requested by residents of the capital.

The objective of this protocol is that Concovi, CAF and AVS, who have fluid contact with residents’ associations, will collaborate with the City Council. Specifically, with the Department for Housing, which is led by Álvaro González. The aim is to disclose and advise on the different rehabilitation plans, as well as raise awareness of the active role that the regeneration of the capital’s residential stock must play today.
