Through the Espartales Norte Urban Development Consortium, the Community of Madrid has put up for sale 28 plots of land for residential use and one for commercial use. The plots form part of the Espartales Norte project under the General Urban Planning Plan for Alcalá de Henares, according to Merca2.
The Community of Madrid’s Ministry for the Environment, Spatial Planning and Sustainability expects to receive around 32.84 million euros from the sale of these plots.
