The Community of Madrid’s Plan Vive is starting to take shape. The announcement, last week, of the start of the process to tender the concession of the first 46 plots of Plan Vive Madrid, has paved the way for the first initiative.
Specifically, two plots are being put out for tender for the construction of 563 units in the Madrilenian town of Tres Cantos, as part of the broader plan to build 15,000 rental homes at affordable prices during this legislature.
