In the coming days, the Community of Madrid will launch a direct communication campaign aimed at more than 16,000 tenants, users of the Plan Alquila Program, to detect who may be in an economically vulnerable situation.
Through a professional intermediation process, common agreements will be sought between the parties, which will enable formulae to be found for continuing rental contracts, whether by means of payment deferrals, instalments, rent waivers or rent reductions.
