The Community of Madrid is going to launch an extension of the Rental Plan aimed at young people, which will be ready in this legislature and which will adapt the conditions of rental contracts to the specific needs of young people in Madrid.
The Rental Plan has formalised more than 90,000 contracts since 2008 and has benefited more than 150,000 Madrid residents, as reported by the Community of Madrid’s Director of Education and Young People, Enrique Ossorio, and Director for Housing and Local Administration, David Pérez.
