Work is going to begin on a new multifunctional building on Calle Fúcar, a complex that will have five different uses and that is going to be developed on a municipal site spanning more than 3,000 square metres located between Calle Fúcar, 6 and Costanilla de los Desamparados, 15, in the heart of Madrid’s Las Letras neighbourhood.

The building, which is going to be built by the Works and Facilities Department, will house a nursery school, a day centre, a sports centre with a swimming pool, a cleaning section and parking for residents with 200 spaces spread over three levels.
