Over the last year, Madrid has registered 506 new construction and renovation projects, up by 5% compared to a year earlier. During this period, the increase in the development of new office space has been particularly noteworthy, according to the report “Madrid from the sky” prepared by CBRE.
The office segment has reached its highest figures in the last four years, both in terms of surface area being renovated and new spaces being built from scratch. Despite the fact that this market has been greatly damaged by the coronavirus pandemic, many companies are continuing to bet on the segment and are working to renew their stock.
