

The Community of Madrid is going to build 710 homes in the Valdebebas neighbourhood, as part of Plan Vive. The homes will be assigned to the affordable rental market, with discounts of up to 40% compared to market prices.
The homes will be built, in part, on land that the regional government put out to tender at the beginning of 2021. Specifically, on three of the plots that form part of lot 1 of the four that were put out to tender as part of Plan Vive. That lot included 11 plots in total located in the municipalities of Madrid, Torrelodones, Alcalá de Henares, Colmenar Viejo and Getafe.
