In September, Madrid City Council convened a public tender for the sale of two plots for tertiary use located in Valdebebas, one of the capital’s expansion areas.
For the two plots, Madrid City Council had expected to obtain at least 37 million euros, but it has not received a single offer, according to market sources speaking to El Confidencial.
