Madrid City Council is returning to the fray. The administration led by José Luis Martínez-Almeida has once again put out to tender two tertiary plots in the Valdebebas neighbourhood, in Hortaleza.
The plots going on the market are 188-A and 188-B. The first has a price of 20.36 million euros and the second 24.7 million euros. Both prices are the same as during the first tender, when together they went up for sale for 37 million euros, excluding tax.
