Madrid City Council is going to create an office just to deal to the work associated with the Madrid Nuevo Norte project. And “the objective is that there will be cranes in place by 2023”. That is according to Mariano Fuentes, representative of the City Council’s Urban Development team speaking during a presentation to introduce a crash plan for streamlining building licenses.
In this way, the person in charge of Urban Planning in Madrid is lowering the latest forecasts from the property developers, which expected the building work to start in late 2021, with the first residents, located in the Las Tablas area, moving in during 2023.
