As revealed by Brainsre.news, 1,393 single-family homes and apartments will be allowed to be built in the enclave, 637 of which (45%) will be protected. The operation was ratified on Wednesday by the Urban Development Committee, and next week it will be submitted to the Plenary.
To the north, in the vicinity of the municipality of Alcobendas, the plan is to build single-family homes, up to three storeys high, with interior paths and open common spaces. Meanwhile, inside and to the east of the area, the plan is to build low-density apartment blocks (four storeys high).
