Luxury homes spanning more than 600 square metres, with five-star hotel facilities, are not a product exclusively found in the outskirts.

This is evidenced by the supply of new build properties in Madrid, where a dozen super luxury residential projects are currently being marketed (with prices exceeding 1.5 million euros per home), according to data collected by the Brains RE real estate big data platform.
