Madrid City Council has given the green light to the urbanisation project for the ‘Buenavista Depot’ Specific Planning Area (APE), in the district of Carabanchel. The municipal spokesperson, Inmaculada Sanz, made the announcement at a press conference held after the weekly meeting of the Governing Board.
The project, which is being promoted by Promociones y Construcciones PYC Pryconsa S.A., will be executed through the compensation system and will be supervised by the Building Work and Infrastructure Department. The budget amounts to 6.2 million euros and the execution period will be 18 months.
