Mabel Capital, the investment vehicle owned by Abel Matutes Prats and Manuel Campos, has closed the purchase of an office building in the heart of Lisbon from a large Portuguese bank.
The asset in question is located on Avenida Conde de Valbom numbers 96 and 98, next to Plaza Duque de Saldanha and the Gulbenkian Foundation, according to El Confidencial. The building spans a surface area of 5,000 square metres distributed over nine floors, five parking floors and an auditorium. In addition, half of the property is rented to a listed group.
