The price of luxury homes in the Catalan capital will fall by between 20% and 30% in the coming months, according to forecasts by the real estate agency Barnes Barcelona.
In September, the consulting firm closed operations with discounts of between 10% and 15%, with a market ceiling of 7,000 euros per square metre.
