The volume of logistics space leased during the summer months in Barcelona amounted to 128,419 m2 in total, which represents a significant increase of 40% compared to the previous quarter and just a slight reduction of 3% compared to the same quarter in 2019, according to a report compiled by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
So far this year, a total of 329,080 m2 of logistics space has been leased, a figure that represents 70% of the volume leased in the same period last year (-30%).
