The volume of logistics space leased by the real estate consultants that make up the Association of Real Estate Consultants (ACI) increased five-fold in Madrid during the third quarter of the year, compared to the previous quarter, to reach 360,000 m2.
According to data published by companies in the sector, leasing in this area during the third quarter exceeded 400,000 m2.
