The leasing of logistics space in Madrid increased by 57% during the first half of 2020 compared to the same period last year, with 223,274 square metres of space let in total, according to a report by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The activity registered in the logistics market in Madrid during the second quarter maintained the same positive trend observed during the first quarter. Between April and June, 94,153 square metres of space was contracted, up by 4% compared to the same period a year earlier.
