Logista, one of the largest logistics operators in Southern Europe, announced on Friday the purchase of 100% of the refrigerated and frozen food transport and logistics business spun off from the Carbó Collbatallé Group, which will continue to operate its property business.
The acquired group is based in Barcelona and currently has a network of 14 logistics platforms in Spain, spanning approximately 45,000 square metres with 210,000 cubic metres of bi-temperature chambers that allow the storage of 25,000 EUR pallets in frozen and/or refrigerated spaces.
