A local family office has acquired the building located at number one of Calle Marqués de Larios in Malaga. The transaction, which amounts to 16 million euros, includes the payment for the asset and its refurbishment. BBC consultancy advised on the transaction, according to the website Modaes.
The 5-floor building has a total of 1,200 m2, with shops on the first two floors and flats on the last three. It also has a licence for a single tenant, allowing it to be used as a corporate headquarters.
Calle Marqués de Larios is one of the best shopping streets in Spain, with more than 40,000 visits per day, according to an analysis carried out by CBRE.
