During the first half of 2022, the portfolio of loans to real estate companies decreased by 6.7 billion euros to reach 75.4 billion euros, according to a study entitled Evolution of Credit to Companies in Spain by activity sector 2022, prepared by the consulting firm AIS Group, a specialist in the application of artificial intelligence to credit risk management.
This represents a reduction of 8.2% in what is the second largest portfolio of the Services subsector, if we exclude Other Services, which groups together multiple activities.
